Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds, service cancellations, and returns for services provided by Tejays Dynamic Limited.

1. Service Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel service by contacting customer support.
All dues must be cleared before disconnection.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following:

  1. Advance rental plans with remaining unused period after service termination
  2. Security deposit for company-owned equipment (after return in good condition)
  3. Wrongful billing or duplicate payments

3. Non-Refundable Amounts

  1. Installation charges
  2. Activation fees
  3. One-time payments for wiring, devices, or visiting charges
  4. Amounts already consumed as service usage

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  1. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 15 – 30 working days.
  2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

5. Equipment Return Policy

  1. ONT/ONU, routers, or any rental device must be returned within 7 days of service termination.
  2. Damage or missing equipment will be charged as per the Company’s device cost policy.

6. No Guarantee of Service Uptime

Refunds are not provided for temporary downtime arising from:

  • Maintenance activity
  • Fiber cuts
  • Power outages
  • Natural calamities
